Welcome to my first official Substack post — I’m so happy you’re here.
This December, 1st - 25th, I’ll be sharing free 5–15 minute practices to help you stay grounded, open, and joyful. These are simple, doable moments of meditation and embodiment — something you get to enjoy, not another obligation.
Last year I shared a mindfulness Advent calendar over on Instagram, which many of you loved. I’ll still post the occasional snippet there, but the full daily practices will live here, where it’s quieter — no ads, fewer distractions, just one gentle practice you can do whenever it suits you (yes, even in bed).
Whatever your relationship to this season, and whatever mental, emotional, or physical place you’re in, I hope this space feels nourishing.

A few practical bits
Who gets the Advent practices?
Everyone — free and paid subscribers. If you’re subscribed, you’ll receive the full 25 days.
How long are the practices?
Most are between 5–15 minutes — short enough to fit into real life, long enough to help you feel more grounded and present.
What kind of practices will they be?
Mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, simple breathwork and personal inquiry prompts.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely, you don’t need any experience.
How do I access the practices?
You’ll get an email or notification in your Substack account each morning from 1–25th December. (If emails don’t appear, check your Substack notification settings.)
What if I miss a day?
You can watch or listen whenever suits, everything stays in one place.
Can anyone join?
This is open to anyone who subscribes (free and paid).
